Booking & Cancellation Information
Appointments are available by request and are confirmed only after Dean accepts the booking and full prepayment is received.
All-Inclusive Quoting
Published prices include travel within Sevier County. Outside Sevier County, any additional travel charges are based on distance and included in your all-inclusive quote before payment. Gratuity is not expected or necessary.
Local Appointments
Appointments with an estimated one-way drive of 90 minutes or less from Sevierville Massage Therapy qualify as local for cancellation purposes.
- 24 hours or more before the appointment: full refund.
- At least 4 hours but less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% refund.
- Less than 4 hours before the appointment, or a no-show: no refund.
Extended Travel Appointments
Appointments with an estimated one-way drive greater than 90 minutes from Sevierville Massage Therapy are treated as extended travel.
- 7 days or more before the appointment: full refund.
- At least 72 hours but less than 7 days before the appointment: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before the appointment, or a no-show: no refund.
Rescheduling and Special Arrangements
Rescheduling requests and exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually. Any special booking terms will be provided before payment.
If Dean Must Cancel
If Dean cannot provide a confirmed appointment, you may choose a full refund or an available rescheduling option.
